מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע בני אבו כאיד להשקעות בע"מ (ח.פ. 515351211, "החברה", "אנחנו") אוספת, איך אנחנו משתמשים בו, וכיצד אנחנו מתקשרים עם לקוחות וספקים, כולל ב-WhatsApp.
1. איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים
- פרטים שמסרתם בטופס יצירת הקשר או במייל: שם מלא, שם החברה, כתובת דוא"ל, מספר נייד ותוכן ההודעה.
- תוכן ההודעות שמוחלפות איתנו ב-WhatsApp ובדוא"ל במסגרת ההתקשרות העסקית.
- מידע טכני בסיסי שנאסף אוטומטית על ידי שרת האתר, כגון כתובת IP וסוג הדפדפן.
2. למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע
- מענה לפניות שנשלחו אלינו.
- ניהול ההתקשרות העסקית: תיאום פינויים, הובלות, שקילות, חשבוניות ותשלומים.
- עמידה בחובות על פי דין.
3. תקשורת ב-WhatsApp
ניצור איתכם קשר ב-WhatsApp רק אם אישרתם זאת בטופס יצירת הקשר, או אם אתם לקוח או ספק פעיל שמסר לנו את המספר לצורך זה. ההודעות עוסקות בפנייה שלכם ובנושאים תפעוליים של ההתקשרות העסקית, ולא בשיווק.
ניתן להפסיק לקבל הודעות בכל עת: השיבו "הסר" או STOP להודעה, או כתבו לנו ל-info@bakmr.com.
ההודעות נשלחות דרך WhatsApp Business Platform של Meta, באמצעות ספק שירותי התקשורת Twilio. מספר הטלפון ותוכן ההודעות עוברים דרך ספקים אלה ומעובדים גם לפי מדיניות הפרטיות שלהם.
4. שיתוף מידע
אנחנו לא מוכרים ולא משכירים מידע אישי. נשתף מידע רק עם ספקי שירות שעוזרים לנו להפעיל את העסק (אחסון האתר, דוא"ל, Twilio ו-WhatsApp), עם יועצים מקצועיים, או כאשר הדבר נדרש על פי דין.
5. שמירה ואבטחה
נשמור את המידע כל עוד הוא נדרש למטרות שלמעלה או כנדרש בחוק. אנחנו נוקטים אמצעים סבירים כדי להגן על המידע מפני גישה או שימוש לא מורשים.
6. הזכויות שלכם
בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, אתם רשאים לעיין במידע שלכם המוחזק אצלנו, ולבקש לתקן או למחוק אותו. לבקשות, כתבו ל-info@bakmr.com.

This policy explains what information BNI Abu Kayed Investments Ltd (Company No. 515351211, "the Company", "we") collects, how we use it, and how we communicate with customers and suppliers, including on WhatsApp.
1. Information we collect
- Details you give us in the contact form or by email: full name, company name, email address, mobile number and your message.
- The content of WhatsApp and email messages exchanged with us as part of our business relationship.
- Basic technical information collected automatically by the website server, such as IP address and browser type.
2. How we use it
- To reply to inquiries sent to us.
- To manage our business relationship: coordinating pickups, transport, weighing, invoices and payments.
- To meet our legal obligations.
3. WhatsApp communication
We contact you on WhatsApp only if you agreed to it in the contact form, or if you are an active customer or supplier who gave us your number for this purpose. Messages are about your inquiry and the day-to-day running of our business relationship, not marketing.
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, or by writing to info@bakmr.com.
Messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, using the communications provider Twilio. Your phone number and message content pass through these providers and are also processed under their privacy policies.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (website hosting, email, Twilio and WhatsApp), with professional advisers, or where the law requires it.
5. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorised access or use.
6. Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may review the information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Send requests to info@bakmr.com.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
